What is
available on the Trust’s secure web site?
The Trust’s record keeper, NRS, provides authorized
individuals a PDF formatted, monthly account statement.
The statement is identical to the hard copy statement
mailed to the shareholder.
Who can access the secure web site?
Each shareholder may request and receive a Web Account
Name and password by completing the application and
forwarding it to NRS. For instance, the parish of St.
Andrew may request and receive a Web Account Name and
password. In turn, the parish of St. Andrew may give
both the bookkeeper and treasurer access to the
shareholder’s web account information.
What is the Web Account Name?
By convention, the Web Account Name is the e-mail of
record for the shareholder. Often, the shareholder
provides NRS with a Web Account Name like:
treasurer@standrew.org. The
benefit of selecting such a name becomes clear when
there is a change in leadership. The account name stays
the same even when the position of treasurer moves from
person to person. Alternatively, the shareholder
provides NRS with an account name like:
marysmith@aol.com.
Later, when the treasurer’s responsibility is passed to
a new person, the shareholder changes the Web Account
Name and NRS assigns a new password.
Can multiple people use the same Web Account Name
and password?
Authorization to access a shareholder’s monthly records
is at the parish or institution level. A shareholder may
give the Web Account Name and password to more than one
person. Remember: this web site provides read-only data.
Can I change my Web Account Name? My password?
Yes! To request a new Web Account Name, simply fill out
the
Web Account Application, sign and mail it to NRS.
NRS will return to the shareholder address of record a
new Web Account Name and password via the U.S. Postal
Service. To change your password, simply go to your web
account page and create a new password.
What if I forget my password?
Send NRS a request for the password at
pschaetzl@nrstpa.com.
NRS will send the password to the shareholder address of
record via the U.S. Postal Service.
How can I find help?
Help is just a click or call away.
